  I just returned from a short jaunt to the Edison Mall in Ft. Myers. While there, I visited Bailey Banks and Biddle to ask them about a watch I purchased a few months back that was running consistently at 7-8 seconds fast per day. My question to them was what it would take to have it regulated and how much (if it's not covered under warranty). Now, this is a $4,000 watch that is cosc certifed - ........
