  I have tickets for Saturday affair, but who will be at hotel on Thursday about 4pm? I work in city and wanted to stop by to put some faces with forum names. I'm avaible earlier if someone will be there. Any reason to leave work early, is OK with me. Especially if it includes drinks. (1pm?) Bob........

• Great month for watch finds. Found myself an Omega and Zenith.

  I have been looking for a vintage Omega and Zenith watch for a while. They are out there but usually very unreasonable in cost or if on EBay the bidding wars start and ends up to be unreasonable and not a good deal at all. I like to find watches that needs some cleanup and that I can pick-up for a good price. The Omega was a good deal got lucky on EBay. It needed some cleaning on the case, moveme........

• Buying online vs in person.

  So after drooling over tons of different websites for different brands, I've found that once I see a watch in person that I'd been considering it looses some of it's appeal. And while in the store, I'll see something next to it that looked terrible online but looks amazing in person. I'm not saying this is always the case, but it seems to happen enough that I feel like there's no longer any poin........
