  W. Schnyder died on 14 April, after a short illness. According to a report inThe Star daily in Malaysia, where Schnyder has lived of the year, he died as a result of acute pancreatitis. He was 76 years, leaving in mourning his wife, Chai, and three children.........

  Hi everybody, I'm new to the Omega forum here but I'm seriously thinking of getting one which is the 2231.50.00 with Black Dial and Titanium case (see attached picture). It has the 1120 caliber, similar to 2254 or 2255 but it is probably the younger brother of the 2254 since it's been discontinued. I do like this model although I'm sure there are many of you who owns 2254 and 2255. Would appreciat........

  It looks to be 45mm+ and has three pushers, but I don't see the subdials. Any guesses? Oh, and he's German which may be helpful.........

• Anyone own any S. Coifmans?

  I'm pretty much anti-invicta, but their S. Coifman brand really appeals to me. Large watches, yet classic in dial design.I've heard nothing but good things about them, so any advice for me? Pics? :)It just seems like everything adds up for these, nice presentation, nice quality, weird name on the dial, and BIG. Thanks folks!........
