    Can anyone recommend a good book about watches? I'm after one that is serious but aimed at the beginner. Should cover how they work, different types, history, regions (swiss, japanese etc), and some brands.I found The Watch by Gene Stone on Amazon, has anyone read it? Is it a good one? Any other recommendations?........
