  My heaviest watch, my Planet Ocean 2200.50, with all the links in the bracelet like when it was originally purchased weighs 228 grams. With the bracelet adjusted to fit my wrist it weighs 206 grams.; still heavier than most watches. Now, my Swatch skeleton automatic weighs 28 grams. • Seeking a Source for Gold Plating

  HelloLooking for sources that can re-plate a watch case for a reasonable price. I'm restoring my father's first watch he received in the 1950's, a Croton EL, nothing fancy, but it does have a nice hand-wind movement inside it.
