  I just picked up this Omega Automatic Seamaster Cosmic, reference number ST 166.0026. Took it straight to my watchmaker for clean and overhaul, but I will have to find a new dial. Dial foot problem was transferred to the dial side, causing damage at 11-12 position. Not looking for perfection, just not this kind of blemish.........

• Anyone fixed sratches on Titanium?

  Hey Gang,I'm considering the purchase of a watch where the case and bracelet are made of Titanium. Titanium is super strong and deceptively light weight, but I'm concerned about the inevitable scratches it can pick up on the clasp and whatnot. I hear that it scratches more easily than SS. I have some experience with SS and polishing out scratches that I picked up from some great postings of Joh........
