• Antique Waltham & unusual little Elgin pocket watches

  Trying to find out more info on these. I didn't buy them, and I'm hopeing that my friend didn't pay too much for them.First up is a Waltham. The dial is nice except for one little crack in it. No crystal though.The movement is very pretty! But I don't know if it runs. The crown spins freely without moving any gears, like it's disconnected.Sorry about the bad pictures, not using my usual setupNext ........

• Doxa vintage 14 karat solid gold chronograph

  Dear allI am new at this forum and I would like to get some help with identifiing my new watches. It should be doxa 14 karat solid gold chronograph, probably with valjoux 22 movement...it is signed doxa at the back of case and on the movement..but the dial is unfortunatelly strongly destroyed (probably someone in the past tried to clean it). Can you tell me if it is real doxa or some better info a........

  I inherited this watch - it looks to be of good quality and has an 18K gold case. It is approximately 1 3/8-inch in diameter. It doesn't run but I may have it serviced/repaired if it is worth it. Any information at all would be appreciated. Thanks!........
