Has anyone had ro send their waatch in for service?
I need to send in My 1 year old Super Avenger for service. It was running about +5 seconds. now it is at +10 seconds. The rotor seems to be making more noise as it free spins. It is under warranty from the AD that I bought it from. Has anyone had to send their watch in to Breitling for repairs? How long of a wait should I expect. Where would you recommend sending it to? Here in the States or to th........

Hi. This is my first post as I am about to purchase my first Longines and am not sure doing the right thing. The watch is a classic looking 10gf 5 star Admiral...one piece....remove from crystal .....brushed gold face...automatic...keeps perfect time...thin...must be original because it is inscribed to a person who worked for a company for 40 years....the markers are gold lines.....very classic,pl........
When and for what model did they use which grade?
I am just wondering that, because sometimes I saw one and the same model with different grades. This happens mostly with watches of the 1950s and 1960s and so I think it'll be helpfull to have some kind of list to know if the combinations are correct ones or some watchmaker changed the grades and cases over the years.E.g.Early Boulton - Hamilton 980 17 jewels - Hamilton 982 19 jewels Rodney - Hami........
