• Help with Tag restoration decision.

  I am new to the watch hobby ( own 3 LTs ) and admit to my tyro level of expertise. I was given a Tag H CE2118 which had been sitting unused for at least the past 10+ years. It is an automatic with three sub dials (sorry no pix). The estimate to fully restore the unit is 479.00. Despite the limited info, does anyone have an opinion as to either the estimate or watch itself? I was able to find on........

  well, ya coulda knocked me over with a feather ....I bought this Benrus earlier this week, and it arrived today .....does it remind you of anything ?.......a certain Elgin perhaps ? notice if you will the conical crystal ! and the dial is very nice ...those white spots are floaty dust I blew it away before I put it back in the caseand here;s the very clean movement ....and here's the band that cam........
