  I finally got a chance to see the deep sea in person yesterday at the casino and man was it huge and thick. I was wearing my Invicta russian diver it was'nt in the display case so I had asked if it was as big as my russian diver it was'nt but it was thick. I had menchend the deep sea and it was the woman working there who was the one who had said they had it. But there was some good news bad news,........

  Just picked up this Elgin Cushion for about $30.00. (I think the hour hand is on backwards?)Serial number on movement seems to date it to 1924:And the inside case back indicates the case is Sterling Silver:Outside case back has lots of Silver tarnish and needs a good cleaning. I've never cleaned a vintage watch with a silver case. Anyone have any recommendations?thanksMark........
