• Help trying to get info on a rare ELGIN POCKET WATCH

  hello all .. i am new to this site and dont know if this is were i should post this but here goes i have a old elgin pocket watch i think 1920 Railroad Watchi have been looking at e-bay and on the net for a long time now and i cant seem to find anything on this model .. there are a few close to it but not the same ...i live in a small town so not too many place to bring it to ...i think it is........

  I wouldn't call myself a flipper by any stretch, but I do sell off watches from time to time.Most recently, my issue has been size and weight. I've tried some of the larger, newer and heavier offerings from several companies and decided - for me at least - bigger is not better.I have sold my Seiko 6R15 Sumo, which is a wonderful, wonderful timepiece with incredible fit and finish.
