  Quick question, I hope. The ring on my Casio AMW-320 is very hard to move. Is there an easy way to fix this? I'm thinking it may just be dirty and need to be removed and cleaned?   hey guyshow much time should i be gainig/losing before i should start worrying about getting my watch serviced?I took my accutron 26C04 in today because last week i gained 3 minutes and this week i've gained 5 minutes. Am i expecting too much or is that a real problem? I know the "average" is about 6 seconds a day and 10 seconds worst case so that doesn't really add up.....or am I wrong?I wear m........
