• Sub is 20yrs old, this year

  My first Sub will turn 20 this year. Purchased in 1989 from AD in Manhattan, I have worn daily to present date. I have purchased two other Subs since (green bezel and two-tone blue dial) but nothing is as much loved as my first. My new ones do not have that little jingle in the braclet, or the "old friend" feel.Happy birthday old friend.........

• A New Band For An Old Friend!

  Just wanted to show off a new band I purchased from Scott at times of plenty. It's a gorgeous Admiral, which replace a cheap, dull and lifeless old Speidel. I love what it did for my Benrus 39 jewel model! The watch really pops now. (Sorry for the lousy pics of what is really a very nice looking watch)It has a gray dial and diamond indices. And the odd thing about this watch is the number "39" on ........
