• I don't know how to set the day/date on this Elgin. Please help

  I have just purchased an Elgin wrist watch. I realize its a newer model but I liked the green dial.Elgin_green.jpgI can't figure out how to set the day/date. With other watches ive had you usually pull the crown out more to set that. But this one only seems to come out to one stop. Please helpThank you........

  Hi All...It's been a long time since I've posted. I had some rather life-altering events, and I had to put my focus and energies into other facets of my life. Those things have seemed to settle down a bit, so I now find myself back here amongst the old stomping grounds.My father recently passed away, and I've inherited a couple of pieces, all of them pocket watches.
