  All Guards are marked on the back, "Water Guard," "Shock Guard" (those are easy), then "Synchro Guard" and "Life Guard." I'm not exactly sure what the last two refer to, especially Life Guardit may be obvious, but I couldn't find any references to those here. I thought the synchro could refer to something relating to isochronism...? Does anyone know?I'll take some photos of my watches over the ........

  'm looking for my first Panerai..I thought 005 or 111 because I like so much these models and I preffer manual wind and no date and not automatic to avoid complications.Opinions?? Or better.. suggestions?........
