• How did they do the naming of their models in Lancaster?

  OK, we know that some were named after famous explorers. So we have one that is named after, well not Amundsen but the one who missed the golden goal. Others like the Byrd, Livingston or Andrews, Stanley,...And at least one of the electrics was named after an employee. But what's the thing behind all the other strange names? Are they totally random chosen or is something known in old archives an........

• HELP!!!!! (again)

  so i just bought a 1951 bulova automatic with the 10BRC movement. when i wind it, it winds hard and not so smooth (ok it needs a cleaning, i can deal with that) but when i reach a certain point of winding, i will hear a "zip" and the crown will turn backwards and it will stop running. the mainspring slips i guess. whats wrong!?!? ........
