I know that the Speedmaster Pro has all the history, pedigree, and reliability that comes with the watch. • Odd factory problem, can it be fixed?

  I had this watch sometime ago, and gave it as a present to my father as he loved it, but I was all the time trying to get another for me, and no luck on finding one, or too high cost...Finally I found this one, 100% brand new, complete with box/papers/tags, and at a good costBUT when looking details, I noticed that the tachymeter scale is upside down, according to the seller is a factory defect, ........
