• Need help with Vintage Marine Chronometer

  We found an Omega Marine Chronometer in going through my Father-in-Law’s things this weekend. He is a veteran of the Coast guard and is in a nursing home now. As you can see in the attached picture, he has replaced the original band and the gold serial number plate as been lost. It is not running, but the housing does not appear to be compromised or damaged.I would appreciate any thoughts........
